Running a marathon is no easy feat, but I ended up crushing my goal of 4 hours! I came in at 3 hours and 44 minutes and felt great during the race.
After training for and running my first marathon, I realized that I needed to share what was making me a better runner, in hopes that it will help other runners and even aspiring runners with their training and lifestyle!
