Did you know that your thoughts create your reality? Our thoughts are so powerful. They impact our physical bodies, mental states, and our behavior. If our thoughts impact our actions, and our actions drive our habits, and our habits create our life, then truly our thoughts create our reality.

How we speak to ourselves each day is so important in living a healthy and happy life.  We need to uplift ourselves through our thoughts on a daily basis.  Our self talk influences all aspects of our health- mentally,  physically, and emotionally.

I have a question for you:

Are you living the life of your dreams, or are your thoughts holding you back?

Did you know that repeated stressful emotions can weaken our bodies?  Yes, our thoughts influence our physiology. This means that chronic stress can lead to weight gain (or inability...

How to Become a Runner Today

mindset running training Apr 09, 2020

Are you going stir crazy while stuck inside during quarantine? Gyms are closed and people are working from home. The one thing that is not closed currently is nature! This means all you need to start running are some shoes, a plan, and some will!

What does it mean to be a runner?

If you are reading this post, most likely you would like to be a runner.

Maybe the term "runner" itself even sounds overwhelming.

I have noticed a lot of people think that identifying as a  "runner" means you have to train 5 days a week or run a certain pace to have the honor to be classified as one.

Or I've heard people say "I'll never be a runner" and I know right away it's their mindset that is holding them back.

Here's a big truth: If you want to be a runner, you can be a runner.

It doesn't matter how fast you go, or what you wear, or how often you go out.

The Dragontree Life Coaching Program is heart centered, eye opening, and it truly will change your perspective and your life.

This program guides you deeply through introspection of yourself and also teaches you how to help others along their journey to their truest selves.

I was astounded by the amount of depth that this program went through and how well it allowed me to take a look at my current circumstances and what I needed to change to feel fulfilled.

One my the most important takeaways from this Life Coaching program is that it changed my idea of what I thought was possible for myself.

5 Affirmations to Boost Your Mindset

When my mom passed away of cancer in the fall of 2018, all I could do was do my best to cling to affirmations and my faith.

I hope that these affirmations bring you some peace no matter what you are going through.

1. I trust in the divine process of life.

This means that you have more faith than fear. You decide to trust that things are happening for you and not to you. You are able to live everyday joyously because you trust in the process of getting what you desire.

2. I am grateful for all this day has to offer and teach me

Sometimes life's lessons are painful and feel like a punch to our souls. However, remember that we are flexible and adaptable beings. Be open to growing every day. You don't have to be perfect, stay learning every day and think about how much progress you'll have made even in one month!

3. I am getting stronger every day.

If we focus on the negative or what we resist, that only grows more. Think of yourself as the...

The Body Achieves What The Mind Believes

The body achieves what the mind believes. A powerful and true statement. Did you know your mind can create physical reactions and sensations in your body? Your mindset sets the tone for your day and impacts your emotions.

What you tell yourself about yourself truly makes a difference in your life.

Are you saying more positive or negative things to yourself throughout the day?

Sometimes we can be overly critical about ourselves, whether its our intelligence, appearance, success, or lifestyle.

By creating a space of love, appreciation, gratitude and joy we are able to more fully enjoy life and also make room for more of what we want to come into our lives.

It can be helpful to start writing down 3 things you are grateful for every morning.

I love the quote "The Body Achieves What the Mind Believes" by Napoleon Hill because the body listens to our thoughts!

If we only tell ourselves we are heavy, or will never get healthier, then we will stay...
