Myth 3: It's just my genetics that are making me weigh this much.

Myth 4: I need to not eat or severely restrict myself in order to lose weight.
People will go so far to starve themselves in order to lose weight quickly. This actually has the opposite effect and makes you hold onto weight.
The body believes it is going into starvation mode and holds onto more food and calories this way, having the opposite effect of what you want!
Myth 5: This is just how I am. I will never change.
This is the worst one of them all! Your body achieves what your mind believes! You can do this.
